I have just recently returned from this lovely cottage for a girlie Weekend break. Have to say it's amazing! The cottage was clean all things included within the cottage as if you were at home! The beds was super comfy with plenty of pillows! I would definately stay again! Well done kittiwake owners u smashed it

What can I say but a break away at your cottage was just what we needed. It is such a beautiful tranquil place to be able to rest not just your body but your mind too... will hopefully be booking to stay with you again sometime next year.

Your cottage is in a good location and really well equipped with everything that we could have needed. (If we'd have known about the lovely children's books, buckets, spades, board games and DVD collection it would have saved us some packing time 😄) we also loved all the little extra touches like milk, coffee and biscuits on arrival, plastic plates, flasks etc. ...we'd love to come back again at some point in future. (We actually looked for summer holidays 2021 and have seen that you are fully booked already!)

Highly recommend, we had a lovely stay at Kittiwake cottage Monday to Friday. We had everything we needed, Spotless & cosy, being able to park directly outside the cottage was a bonus. Just a 10 min walk to the beach. Came home relaxed & refreshed. We will definitely be back.

We stayed here on 3 February 2020 for 4 nights. The cottage is lovely and has everything you need and more. It really is a home from home and i plan to come back a coupl of times per year.

We have just returned from our weekend at Kittiwake Cottage. The cottage is absolutely beautiful and definitely a 5 🌟.
The cottage is a really good size and caters for 5 people & that would not be a squeeze, with the added bonus of being dog friendly. The wood floors downstairs are great if you plan to stay with 2 dogs like us. The cottage is well presented, with a beach theme throughout. It has everything from Board games, BBQ, wood burning fire, dishwasher, washing machine, sewing kit and more. We loved the added touch of a welcome card and sweets on our arrival.
The development is brilliant for families, lots of owners on site who are very welcoming, the onsite pub (John Jones) is great and cheap enough for a meal and drinks (you can even take the dogs in there). There are lots of onsite activities for children that you can pre book or book minutes before starting. The swimming pool and games room was a big hit with our 8 year old daughter.
The location of the site is fantastic, it’s easy driving distance to Filey (5 min drive) or Bridlington (15 min drive). We also visited Scarborough (20 min drive), Whitby (45 min drive) and York (1 hour drive).
We would highly recommend this beautiful cottage to anyone!
