Short breaks:  

• Weekend: Fri-Mon 

• Midweek: Mon-Fri

• Week Breaks: Mon-Mon or Fri - Fri

• Please ask for other rental periods

• Check-in 4pm (we text if ready earlier)

• Check-out before 10.00am

• £100 security deposit to secure booking, refundable within 2 weeks of holiday end

• Full holiday amount payable 6 weeks before stay

 

Price includes:

• Wi-Fi

• Beds made on arrival

• Towels

• Gas, electricity, heating and hot water

• Leisure pass for swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym

Dogs

• 2 dogs welcome (maybe more please ask) at £20 per dog, but must refrain from going on all furniture and must remain downstairs
